You'd be joining us as an independent contractor, not an employee. That's not fine print — it's the whole arrangement.
You choose the jobs
Cleans are posted with the address, the scope, and the pay before you commit. You accept the ones that work for you and pass on the ones that don't. Nobody is assigned anything.
You set your own schedule
Mornings only, weekends only, two cleans a week or ten — that's your call. There are no shifts to cover and no minimum you have to hit to keep working with us.
You bring your own supplies
You work with the products and equipment you trust, in your own manner and means. If you already have a kit you like, keep using it.
You get paid per completed clean
Pay is agreed up front, per job — no hourly clock, no waiting on a two-week cycle. Finish the clean, submit your photos, get paid.
Where We Clean
We serve Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village — homes, move-outs, and short-term rental turnovers.
Most contractors pick up work close to where they already live.
What We Ask
- Hotel-grade standards on every single clean — the Jean Standard, no exceptions
- Before-and-after photos submitted through the contractor app
- Showing up when you said you would, or giving us enough notice to cover it
- Treating every home like it's your own, because someone lives or stays there
You'll Be Working With Jean
Jean Newbill runs Property Pros, and she isn't managing from a desk somewhere else. She's the one who walks the homes, answers the phone, and knows every property we clean. When you have a question about a job, you're asking Jean — not a call center.
She's also honest about the standard. We're a small, insured, family-owned company in a town where word travels, and our reputation is built one clean at a time. If you take that seriously, you'll do well here.
